Alright... I :+fav:ed this not because I'm hungry, but because I don't think food arts are getting enough appreciation on DA (same with most of the artisan crafts unless it's an anime plushy). I think you did a superb job with the marzipan and the alignment of all the decorative aspects of this cake. The line work in the icing/frosting is just great and well executed and the flowers (I'm assuming are made of marzipan or a very crystalline like icing) seem real instead of just... flowers, which is awesome. Great work. I love it.

Hi Thanks Again , Yes The Flowers Are Sugar Modelling Paste & I Cant Take Credit For The Design It Came Out Of A Cake Decorating Magazine, The Pic Was About 2 x 3 Inches Though ... I've Made Another Of These All Ivory & Apricot Roses & They Both Turned Out Exceptionally Well ...

This is one of those cakes that you don't want to eat because it's so insanely gorgeous. You could easily convince me that those flowers and leaves are real, too.

I Had To Say More Than A Few Times I'd Only Make Your Cake If You Promise To Eat It As I Had One Ordered That Wasn't & It Defeats The Purpose Of Cake ! I Like Cake To Be Eaten ... Just Make Sure You Get Some Decent Pics First ...
& I Worked In Horticulture For 10 Years Prior To Cake Decorating So I Have An Unfair Advantage ... Knowing The Insides Of Most Flowers & How They Grow ... ThankYou ...
