Hi, Another Of The Mistletoe Marionettes, This One Is The Largest & Probably The Only One That Couldn't Be Used As A Marionette For Real As She Is Quite Heavy & Awkward To Control. Her Legs Stretch Right Out So She Looks A Bit Like An Emu & Her Wings Fold Down ... Maybe Two People Could Manage Her ...
Anyway I Don't Think Any Of Them Will Make In Show Bizz ...
( Except Maybe Woody, I Have Big Plans For Him )

Her Head Is Made From A Mistletoe Haustorium ( The Part Where A Mistletoe Attaches To A Host Tree ) The Body Is Old Gum Tree Pieces & The Wings Are Wire With An Old Rag I Found With A Really Great Tie-die Pattern (stain) On It ...

Wow, the wings are looking pretty cool and the pieces made of smaller bracnces are also a cool idea.
Too bad that this one is pretty hard to handle. TT__TT

maybe you could rig a pulley system so that one line would be attached to multiple points, to take the weight off of one single point on the string. It would also let you control a limb with only one string. i have done it before on my marionettes.
